We offer a wide variety of opportunities  to learn, grow, and work towards achieving your goals. Training may be challenging, but with a good attitude and consistency great things are accomplished. Hone your skills in your preferred dicipline or step out of your comfort zone and try something new. There are many unique opportunities to choose from. With highly skilled instructors who live and breathe these various arts you can be confident that you are learning to fly from those with wings as it were. 

Known as “tissu" "chiffon" or "aerial silks,” it’s a mesmerizing combination of grace, core strength, flexibility, athleticism and artistic expression. A breathtaking dance in the air that looks like  a fantastical dream.

Lessons Currently offered include;

This dynamic class helps partners to cultivate trust, communication and connection. Learn the power of acrobatics with the stillness and balance of yoga in an atmosphere of joy, playfulness, and letting go. 

Kung Fu is practical. Each movement can be used to defend yourself but its more than just a series of techniques. As you learn Kung Fu you train your mind and your body, you develop coordination and confidence, and you develop awareness. These aspects are essential when facing any situation. Of course the punches, kicks, joint locks, and throws help too.

In a lot of ways, Parkour is a means of reclaiming what it means to be a human being. It teaches us to move using the natural methods that we should have learned from infancy. It teaches us to touch the world and interact with it, instead of being sheltered by it. Make the urban landscape your personal obstacle course. A playground for strength, freedom, courage and discipline.
